Shipping Cut-off Times
All orders are shipped according to the following cut-off

Note: For some orders
made on Thursday and Friday, Saturday delivery will be available for an additional charge.

Shipping Delivery Times
Sunday Delivery
We do not offer Sunday delivery. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will
be shipped the following Monday.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery orders made before 5 PM PST Monday thru Thursday will be delivered
the next day. Overnight delivery orders made on Friday are normally not delivered
until the following Monday.
Second Day Delivery
Second day orders made before 5 PM PST Monday thru Friday will be delivered by
the second business day. Second day orders made before 5 PM PST will be shipped
the next business day and be delivered by the third business day.
Ground Delivery
Ground orders made before 5 PM PST Monday thru Friday will be delivered by the
third or fourth business day. Ground orders made after before 5 PM PST will be
shipped the next business day and be delivered by the fourth or fifth business
day.
International Shipping
To make it as easy as possible for people to use our products, and to help as
many people as possible, we can ship our products to most developed countries.
We offer 2 day express shipping to most developed countries outside of the United

Order Cancellations
Individuals who make an order and then decide to cancel it once it's been shipped
are responsible for shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.
