How do I place an order?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in our Poway facility located just northeast of San Diego, California. Our facility is ISO 13485 certified, cGMP compliant, and registered with the FDA.
Do you offer exclusive distributorships?
If you are interested in becoming an exclusive distributor in your area, we would be happy to review your marketing proposal, as well as your company history to determine options for exclusivity.
Can I request special labeling?
We continue to offer flexible options in custom assembly alongside our Instant-View® brand products. We can furnish custom designed pouches, labels, and kits to meet your specific needs.
If the product is not on your product list, does it mean it is unavailable?
We are happy to offer in-house product development services as well as custom product configurations. Please contact our Sales Department at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request.
What is your Return Policy?
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction, and we will address all customer concerns promptly. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from Alfa Scientific Designs prior to returning any product. Refunds or credits are given at the discretion of Alfa Scientific Designs. Authorized returns made at the customers request, and not resulting from action initiated by Alfa Scientific Designs, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Alfa Scientific Designs is not responsible for products that have expired, were used improperly, or were stored incorrectly.
